Let\u2019s find the right path for you and get started.<\/p>\n<h2>My Approach<\/h2>\n<p>My work is grounded in a client-centered, trauma-informed approach inspired in large part by Carl Rogers\u2019 work. I believe that healing happens when we feel safe enough to explore our authentic selves. I also rely on principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help clients develop greater psychological flexibility and live authentically. My approach is supported by training in Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused, Dialectical Behavioural, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapies.<\/p>\n<h2>Educational and Professional Background<\/h2>\n<p>I am a Registered Psychologist in the province of Saskatchewan. I have six years of experience counselling in a rural not-for-profit setting. I earned my Master&#8217;s Degree in School and Counselling Psychology at the University of Saskatchewan in 2019 and my Bachelor&#8217;s Degree at Concordia University in Montreal.
